I already own it and had for a long time

But in trying to contact them about bugs they make it so I cant ; I already purchased ad free full and it said I did but the adverts retain and even more comes up when non should , and I already own it .. Why does Apple allow this activity , like there endorsing it ..

Now the change background changing doesnt work with no way to contact bug reports to have it fixed ; Apple likely still sells it and refuses to hammer down on this issue of selling apps with no support to bug fixes , its not like they dont know how to contact the maker as well as still selling the apps ..

And I own the full pro version not the free ..
